Okay with a great view

Apartments itself if fine for a single person. I stayed there for six months for a healthcare contract, and it served its purpose. The apartment itself runs hot. The building has a required schedule for the property manager to remove the air conditioner off season, but during the winter I didn’t turn the heat on once. Most of ur neighbors are great but some of the residents can rude at times mostly because of the elevator taking a long time. No assigned parking so that can be tough depending the time of day you’ll be parking. Sound of the ocean is wonderful and being able to just walk the ocean walk steps from the apartment building is an amazing perk.
