I stayed at this property for 6 months while working at the hospital. The location can't be beat and it's an easy 7 min drive to the hospital. The neighborhood is super cute and walkable. The house is bigger than I thought with high ceilings I was so happy with it when I first came. It has everything you could need and the landlord is super attentive to all needs/questions! I set my hammock outside in the backyard and it's been so nice to relax. Couldn't recommend this stay more!

I had a wonderful experience living in this furnished home. The space was comfortable, quiet, clean, convenient. It is fully furnished and thoughtfully set up. Living with only two other roommates (Both are medical professionals) was so easy going since they were respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. The cleanliness of the home was also a huge plus. The house was always well maintained, clean and tidy. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and peaceful. Another major advantage was the short commute to the hospital, along with easy access to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living arrangement. It’s especially ideal for traveling nurses or other medical professionals who want a clean, quiet home with everything included. The landlord is also very attentive to detail, responsive to messages/concerns, and communicates all updates/notices regularly.

Safe, Clean, Cozy and Accommodating

This has been my best experience staying in Merced. The homeowner has clearly put a lot of thought into the amenities. Theres street parking and a two-car garage with separate openers. Myra has considered renters needs throughout the home. Bedroom and bathroom doors have fingerprint and code locks. A security system adds peace of mind. The spacious kitchen includes updated appliances, plenty of counter and fridge space, and a large pantry with labeled sections for each guest. The neighborhood is quietperfect for relaxing after work. Myra is friendly, responsive, and quick to provide anything needed. She also arranges monthly deep cleaning. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. 5 stars.

This was the best property and experience Ive had so far in my 7yrs of travel nursing. Nice floor plan, readily available amenities provided, very clean and organized in terms of fridge & pantry space, quiet, and most importantly a friendly landlady in Mrs M. Easy 4.5 stars.
