Amazing house and landlord

My roommates and I stayed in this house during our senior year of college, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. The house was so cute, cozy, and it was really perfect for us. We made so many memories here and loved every second of living in this space. Our landlord was genuinely the best. He was always kind, responsive, understanding, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the year. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about their tenants, and we always felt supported and taken care of! We are so grateful we found this house for our senior year and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area! Jason also has other properties in other areas and all of them I would recommend!!

House and Landlord are amazing

My two roommates and I stayed here for 8 months and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. The house was perfect for us super cute with historical and character. It really became home for us during our stay. Jason was an amazing landlord and genuinely one the best landlord we could have ever asked for. He was kind, responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from beginning to end. We always felt taken care of and appreciated as tenants. Were so grateful we found this house and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

Great Stay

My roommate and I were the first to stay in this unit after Jason bought and renovated the unit during the 2025 Spring Training, and it was a great experience. Several walkable restaurants and bars, a short walk to the waterfront. Jason was very responsive to anything we needed during our stay. Would recommend this for your next stay.
