This house is adorable - bright, cheerful, and the pool is awesome! We loved the neighborhood and how walkable it is to parks and some fun spots to grab a bite or drink. The back yard is perfect for relaxing by the pool and watching the small planes flying overhead as they approach the executive airport. I loved working from home at Devins place and sneaking away for a mid-day swim. Its the best! If this house is available, dont hesitate.

Magical Little Spot in Heart of Orlando

My partner and I stayed here for a few months in this charming home in the heart of Orlando. Firstly, the home is simple and has everything you need. We absolutely loved the backyard which is where we spent much of our time swimming or eating our meals outdoors. Secondly, the neighborhood is such a treat and we loved going on walks to admire all of the unique homes close by. Keep in mind that there are so many great local businesses and parks in walking distance to this listing!! The Lake Como park at the center of the neighborhood is close and an easy walk, the Greenwood Urban Wetlands is a 5-10 min walk away and a nice slice of natural FL, and the Milk District is a few minutes away with a lot of great bars and eateries. We ended up falling in love with this house and we always talk about how we would love to live in a spot like this down the road. Devin was attentive and super helpful with any needs we had!! We fully recommend this listing and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
