This landlord charged me $350 for a cleaning fee even though it has a $150 fee shown on Furnished Finder and the lease I signed had no cleaning fee in the lease. I should've not rented from them after they complained about previous renters the first time I inquired about the rental. Other issues I encountered in my stay included mouse droppings upon move in, mouse traps in multiple areas of the house, a dehumidifier in the basement that frequently filled up daily, extra charges for utilities, no bed in the second bedroom, off limits locked garage and no central air conditioner. The hot water broke and there were 3 days without hot water. I also had a cough that I couldn't figure out what it was from during the time I lived in the house and I suspect it was from mold; I got better when I moved out. The only positive experience I had during my stay was the neighbors. Snow removal isn't included in the stay and the wonderful neighbor helped me when it snowed.
