This place is absolutely beautiful. The house has everything you need and is very cozy. The cherry on top is the landlords are incredible. Debi is on top of everything and is so sweet. She will make sure you have an awesome stay. Definitely am sad leaving the place and leaving Debi. If you are in cottonwood, you HAVE to stay here!!!!
I stayed here while completing a travel contract and Debi was so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely miss her. Very personable.
Perfect place to stay, right down the road from the hospital , grocery stores and restaurants in cottonwood. 30 minutes to all the restaurants, shops, and hiking in Sedona. Extremely friendly landlords that were helpful with anything I needed, clean and quiet house stocked with anything youll need for you stay. If I come back to the area I would rent here again!

My husband and I were born and raised here in the Verde Valley 4 generations are roots are deep here. Our Historical home has been our passion for years and now we want to share it with others!
