I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this beautiful cottage in Kailua for 3 months. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe that made it easy to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and just a short walk to the beach and grocery stores which was a huge bonus. Greg and Nani were incredibly friendly, kind, and respectful hosts who made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area, and Im already thinking I might come back again in the near future!

Perfection

This studio was everything I needed for my stay. I am a travel RN and my company found this studio for me. Everything I needed was in place. Washer dryer, dishes, linenetc. I added a few small things for cooking from the local thrift shop less than a mile from the apartment. It was professionally cleaned upon arrival. I felt comfortable and safe. Greg and Nani are the absolute best. If I could retire in this studio I would have no issue. I am in my years of hot flashes and the unit is without air conditioning HOWEVER the steady breeze kept me comfortable and I had an oscillating fan that worked perfect. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive. Most days I walked to beach. If I made a day and had chairs and bags I drove to the beach. Best beaches on The island for me. I promise you will not regret this studio. They truly show the meaning of Ohana.

Fully furnished, clean, safe, centrally located

I stayed here for 4 months when moving on the island and wouldve stayed longer if my new job allowed it. The unit is a large, professionally cleaned studio thats fully stocked with starter linens, cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances, etc. Washer/ dryer connected downstairs (but private). Major groceries, beaches, and bus to town are about a 10-15 min walk. Greg and Nani are very helpful and easy to communicate with as landlords.
