IDYLLIC SUGARHOUSE PROPERTY

The Sugarhouse Bungalow was a fantastic place to stay for our month in Salt Lake City! The house offers plenty of space with a kitchen designed for cooking and hosting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could imagine needing, including staples like spices, coffee, tea, olive oil, etc. The set up is ideal with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs and one bed/bath downstairs for lots of privacy. Additionally, there are two separate family rooms, each with a TV and comfortable seating. The location was perfect - close to University of Utah, movie theaters, Whole Foods, shopping, you name it! K was always easily reachable and responded to our questions immediately. Our dog accompanied us and had a great time - the doggy door was perfect for letting her go between the house and the sunroom/outside area. Close by for dogs is Sugarhouse Park and Tanner Park, both wonderful places with lots of dogs! We would highly recommend Sugarhouse Bungalow and give it 10 stars!!

Perfect location and cozy home

This home was perfect in every way. The location could not have been better. Walking distance to parks and great restaurants. 30 minutes to world class ski resorts. This is a real home which was really refreshing. It had all the small details that only come from a well lived-in home that you dont find in some of these Airbnb investment properties. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need including delicious coffee. The living room is very cozy. We spent hours sitting by the fire and listening to music. The basement was a great space to snuggle up and watch movies. The smart tv had every app you could need. Plenty of storage for our clothes and ski gear. We stayed in the winter so we didnt get a ton of use out of the sun room that leads to the backyard. But it made for a perfect space to unload all of our ski gear before getting inside. Kim was a great host and provided everything we needed. She even ordered us a heater when we said we were a little cold. 10/10
