Excellent Location & Experience

Lease & Live as a whole was fantastic. The location is great, with easy MBTA access via both the 65 bus and the Green Line (B Branch). There are many walkable places to eat nearby, as well as a Whole Foods up the road. A gym is right across the street, making it hard to NOT keep up with my workout routine. Lots of walkable areas nearby for my dog and I, including the Chestnut Hill Reservoir. The apartment is located on the first floor which was convenient. Laundry in the basement was uncomplicated. As a traveler with a car but without Boston residency, I was initially worried about finding free street parking, however the apartment sits on a quiet road with one side offering free parking for non-residents. I had to be mindful of bi-weekly street cleaning, but I rarely struggled to find a spot. It was much easier than renting a spot for hundreds of dollars per month. Overall, you won't be disappointed with this spot. I will definitely miss the neighborhood. Thanks again, Lease & Live!

Loved it

The location is perfect for a young familyquiet yet conveniently close to the B-line, bus 65 to Longwood, shops, and everything we needed. The apartment is fully furnished, so we could move in and start living comfortably right away. The renovation is in great condition,and the house itself is cozy and feels very safe. Being on the first floor was a huge plus for us, especially with a young one and also when moving in. Inside, there's a spacious corridor and a large kitchen that quickly became our favorite spot in the house. It's equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and a big stove and oven. The bathroom is clean and pleasant, and the bedroom features a large bed with a super comfortable mattress. Having laundry in the building was incredibly convenient. This was our first rental experience in Boston, and it couldn't have been better. The landlord was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure living space in Boston. It felt like home from day one!

Cozy and nice apartment

This was our forst rent in Boston, and it was so successful experience. Landlord was friendly and helpful with all questions. The location is quiet, close to the B-line, shops and everything you need. The apartments are fully furnished, you can move in and live right away. The renovation is in good condition. Calm and quiet neighbors whom we didnt even hear. A very cozy and safe house. The location is on the 1st floor, which is convenient if you need to bring things in. Inside there is a large corridor, a spacious kitchen. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine, large stove and oven. The bathroom is clean and nice. The bedroom has a large bed and a spacious mattress. Laundry in the building. I recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a safe area!
