Bee's Knees
I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment. I stayed here for 13 weeks on my travel assignment and it was the perfect apartment. Safe location and great neighborhood for walking. The apartment is clean and had all the necessities. There are grocery stores and restaurants very close by which was super convenient. Megan is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Megan and Ben are absolutely fabulous. They are so helpful, kind and responsive. The property itself has everything you may need. The kitchen is small but easily workable. Nice fridge and gas stove. No in unit laundry but there is paid laundry on site in a separate building. The mattress was upgraded while I was staying here to a California King which was extremely comfortable. This is a great place to host friends (which I did often - and I will cherish the memories I made in this space). I had some car issues at one point and was easily able to get around via the comet bus which has a stop located right outside the condo. Would recommend to anyone looking for housing in Columbia, SC!

Adorable apartment, amazing neighborhood, great hosts
Staying here for 6 months while on assignment was a pleasure. This apartment is adorable as it looks. Wood floors, high ceilings, charming tile and a surprising amount of storage space. Washer/dryer is in a shared space only a short walk away. I was lucky enough to stay during the summer months so I got to enjoy the pool, also only a short walk away. Speaking of walk.. my absolute favorite part about staying here was that it is located by some of the most beautiful, charming and safe neighborhoods to walk in. If you are a walker like me, you will be obsessed. It is also bike-able to the happening area of Five Points. Or of course, a short drive to other Columbia areas. M and her partner B were reliable, very quick to respond, accommodating and respectful of the unique needs of the traveler lifestyle. If you have been traveling for a while, you know that can be difficult to find in terms of leases, expectations, etc. I would stay at one of their places 10/10 times again
