This place is truly incredible! 2 tenants and we stayed for 6 months. Gregory is an awesome Landlord, very quick to respond and was super flexible with our many move out date changes and lease extensions. This is the upstairs unit and the downstairs neighbors are incredible as well, had absolutely zero issues with them or any of the surrounding neighbors. The street is so quiet, peaceful and felt very safe, its a dead end street so very little traffic (car or foot). The location is perfect! 1 block walk to access all of the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars that are on Frankfort street. Short 10-15 minute drive to suburban amenities like Trader Joes, Target, gyms, etc. There is a CVS at the end of the block for quick needs and a Kroger about 3 min drive away. Insanely easy drive to UofL or other downtown hospitals. Every other neighborhood is a short drive or bike ride away (NuLu, Germantown, Highlands, etc). The apartment itself is so nice. The living room is on the smaller side but has a large mounted TV and the couch is also a pull out bed. Otherwise the living spaces are very spacious. Both bedrooms have plenty of room, the bathrooms are great and nicely updated. The kitchen is huge with a massive Breakfast counter/island for dining, WFH, and cooking. The appliances are all new and full sized. There is PLENTY of storage between the hall closet, bathroom closets and bedroom closets. The mattresses are soft. The place is very well supplied, you wont need to bring a single towel, sheet, or cooking/kitchen item. Private patio, lots of windows. Only problem we really had was occasional issues with WiFi cutting out, but it always was fixed by just turning the router off and back on. Would stay again 100%

Great place and great location!

This is by far my most favorite place I have stayed at while traveling as an x-ray tech for the past 1.5 years. The place is furnished so nicely with sooo much stuff for the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Frankfort Ave is only 2 blocks away and you can walk to so many great restaurants, bars, etc. G is a great landlord and responded quickly whenever I reached out to him. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
