Great Stay

I was incredibly grateful for this stay. I interned at General Motors in Bedford over the summer and this condo was perfect. Amenities and location were perfect. I really couldn't have asked for anything more.

Relaxing Haven

I can't say enough about how thoughtfully furnished and well stocked this rental was. It was like an AirBnB for my travel assignment. The location is a beautiful natural area near a lake and golf resort. There is a balcony facing a wooded area where you can watch many deer, cardinals, and woodpeckers. I never had issues getting a close parking spot. You are a 5 minute walk from the resort's restaurant. My travel assignment was in Bedford, which is an easy 20 minute drive. Bloomington is a bigger city, and is also 20 minutes away in the opposite direction, so it is well placed to visit both. Yet private and relaxing in nature. The bedroom has a window, queen bed, desk, and humidifier/scent diffuser. The bathroom has a shower tub combo with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The living room has huge windows facing the balcony and wooded area, not other apartments, so you can enjoy sunlight and views in privacy. There is a decorative fireplace and mantle, smart TV, and couch with chic pillows and throws. The kitchen is compact but has a table with stools, oven, microwave, air fryer, garbage disposal, small coffee pot, and small crock pot. There are many thoughtful included items like measuring cups, cleaning supplies, and air fresheners. The whole place is decorated in a trendy natural style. The AC and heat both function very well. Atalyia is a very responsive landlord and is very kind and through. Paying rent is easy through the app. Extending my lease was very painless. Overall would definitely recommend this property and this business
