Great Time at the House of Skylar!!

My family had a great time staying here! Everything you need was in the unit and if it wasn't the neighborhood has plenty of shops/restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and everything was practically brand-new. We had no issues with Wi-Fi, even with all our streaming devices running at once. Our daughter enjoyed the backyard and it was a great space for our dog as well. The street can be busy for parking but the local shop owners did their best to look out to save parking spaces. I did feel a sense of security staying alone, taking our dog out at night, etc. There are security cameras around the unit for added reassurance as well. Adrian was a great host and made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. We would recommend this space for anyone with a small family, furry friend, health professionals on a contract, or a couple looking to explore the area. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again. Fantastic stay

My stay here was great everything was super convenient. Didn't have any noise complaints furniture was clean.Everything is nearby, New York City 25 min away .Adrian is quick to respond and fixes any issues that i had . Parking is easily accessible right in front of property. Never really needed to leave the property cause everything was already in the unit. . All around great spot will come back again!

Adrian is a great landlord. AC works wonderful, always hot water, everything is clean. Parking is free which is great and can be hard to find in the area. The neighborhood is busy but that is of no fault to Adrian. Would recommend if you need somewhere to stay long term!

Newark

Everything is new on the inside. Very good AC with controls in every room. Owner is quick to respond to issues. Great shower with long lasting hot water. The neighborhood is chaos. WiFi is spotty. Good for a short stay.
