Adrian is a great landlord. AC works wonderful, always hot water, everything is clean. Parking is free which is great and can be hard to find in the area. The neighborhood is busy but that is of no fault to Adrian. Would recommend if you need somewhere to stay long term!
Everything is new on the inside. Very good AC with controls in every room. Owner is quick to respond to issues. Great shower with long lasting hot water. The neighborhood is chaos. WiFi is spotty. Good for a short stay.

Hi, I am originally from the Bronx. My highest degree is MPH. I currently work in NYC as Emergency Management professional. My daughter and I are now homeowners of this "historic" home in Newark. I hope to restore this properties to help rebuild the community to what it once was and better!
