We live in a safe and quiet family-oriented cul-de sac neighborhood. We are located in the middle of the City of San Francisco and Sacramento. You will enjoy a comfortable cozy room with a private bathroom next to the bedroom on the first floor. You are welcome to use the kitchen and our nice spacious backyard for relaxation. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful 3-month stay at this ADC in Cordelia, CA. The place was cozy, clean, and so welcoming. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. And I have to say, the pup Lokey stole my heartsuch a sweet companion! We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

I highly recommend Jason and Theresa without hesitation. Throughout their time here, they have consistently been respectful, responsible, and easy to communicate with. They take great care of the property, keep things clean and well-maintained. Any landlord would be fortunate to have them as a tenant. They have been a genuinely positive presence, and I would gladly rent to them again.

Best place to live around Fairfield and Napa area.

I stayed at the Gilmore home for 8 months, and it honestly felt like home from day one. Alma and Deon welcomed me with open arms and treated me like part of their family, which meant so much to me. The room itself was cozy, always clean, and had everything I neededa comfortable bed, a desk to get work done, a mirror, and a TV I used every day. The private bathroom right next to the room was a huge plusalways tidy and convenient. But what really made my stay special was the atmosphere in the house. I had plenty of privacy when I wanted it, but also had the joy of sharing laughs and conversations with Alma and Deon, who are such a fun and loving couple. If youre moving to the Fairfield or Napa area for the first time, I cant imagine a better place to land. My time there was filled with comfort, warmth, and genuine connection. Ill always be grateful for my stay at the Gilmore home.

Outstanding stay at this place. Very safe and peaceful neighborhood. Unit is immaculate and spotless with modern and new appliances. Spent Christmas and New Year's Day with the hosts. This place is very highly recommended. 100/10. Thanks for the memorable stay Alma and Deon.

A beautiful property!

I lived at this property for a little over 2 months. The owners have kept it immaculate to say the least. All updated appliances. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get, maybe better. The owners were so kind and accommodating. If in town again, this is where Id like to stay again, it felt like home.

Wonderful Stay!

I searched for this home for my parents to stay in while visiting me. The owner is kind, pleasant and very friendly. The space was more than enough for my parents and had such a cozy feel! They said the bed was very comfortable, my dad was able to connect to wifi easily to work from his laptop and enjoyed watching free Netflix on the TV in the evenings! My mom used some amenities and had no issues. This rental is *very* clean and organized that it almost looks brand new! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. They didnt hear anything but a little wind at night, which was almost like white noise for them anyway. They recommended anyone needing a safe, friendly, convenient and spacious place to stay in Solano or Contra Costa county to book here. Thank you Alma for providing such a beautiful home for my parents!

Excellent Stay

Private Room

Stayed in clean private room, shared kitchen/laundry. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Only 20 mins from the hospital I worked at. Nice and accommodating hosts!

Fantastic Experience

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. A and D are exceptional hosts, really everything you would want from a property owner. Very friendly, respectful, and responsive to any issues or concerns. The unit itself is very well appointed and you can tell that care was put into its design. Inside is really everything you could need for a short or long-term stay. If you're a fan of fresh air, the Cordelia area is known for it's breeziness, so open the windows and get some great airflow. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. A great place to end your day and relax. If I ever need a place again I would definitely come here again.

Beautiful place
