Great Place!

This was a great little place! C was a great host! He definitely cares and is very attentive to any requests or anything you might need. He was also willing to work with me on a couple amendments to the lease I requested. The neighborhood is safe and it is conveniently located. The landlords live next door, the space is a detached new dwelling with its own address and entrance and fence, so you have plenty of privacy. It can be hard to strike the perfect balance of getting enough privacy and independence but still having the assurance of knowing the landlord is responsive and will help immediately if needed, but C manages to balance both interests perfectly! Definitely recommend and would stay here again! Great people!
