Nice unit and great landlords

I stayed here for eleven months while working in LA and the apartment was perfect for me. I loved the area being close to Culver, Playa Vista, and Venice. The owners are fantastic and very receptive to any requests. They generously shared their patio and grill and even a small planting strip. The bathroom is new and spacious but the kitchen is small and there is no oven, I did a lot of cooking on the grill outside. I really appreciated the large in unit washer and dryer.
