Judy is a wonderful host. I extended my stay here during my travel contract working for UCMC. She was always polite and friendly with conversation. My contract ended abruptly and Just accommodated my short notice. I had a package sent to her address a few months later on accident, she went out of her way to mail the package to my home address in Mississippi. It was such a pleasure to experience Judy and her home.

Lovely place

I stayed with Judy for 13 weeks. Judy was kind and accommodating the entire time. The room and bathroom are private and kept. There's a lovely bonus room you can go to relax and read. Also, a balcony to enjoy the outside and sun. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely for walking, and have a lot of amenities around. I would stay here again. Also, recommend this place whenever staying in the area.

Wonderful,Cozy Place

I have stayed with Judy for 6 months. She has been warm and kind from day one. The house is large and you will have all the privacy you want or need. There is a large deck just outside, if you enjoy lounging outdoors. The bedroom is huge and you have your own bathroom in the suite. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Great walking neighborhood with the Ohio river nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again should I come back to this area for work.

Perfect for long term rental

I was a long term renter while I was in law school. The owner is kind and hospitable and the home is absolutely lovely! The house is clean. The bedroom is large and has a huge walk in closet and attached bathroom. The location of the room allows for a lot of privacy and direct entrance and exit to the home, and a separate door to the main part of the home with the kitchen and other living space. There is plenty of room for parking. Nice deck and outdoor space. Great location in a safe neighborhood with easy access to NKY and Cincinnati. There are plenty of nice shops and restaurants close by. I cant think of one negative thing to say. Stay here if you can!!!

One of the best places to stay in Northern Kentucky

I stayed at this property while working a summer position downtown and I could not have found a better location. The drive to work every day avoided most of the commuter traffic from Northern KY and usually took less than 10 minutes to get to my office. There are plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops nearby making it easy to avoid having to drive very far for anything you need. The neighborhood itself is perfect for those who enjoy running or going on walks and the neighbors are all extremely friendly. I always felt safe and welcome in the area and never had any issues while living there. The owner is extremely kind and the house itself is beautiful with a historic feeling and great character. For anyone looking to stay in a place that feels like home, but still wants to be close to the city, you will not find a better spot.
