great stay
The house is beautiful I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice clean house big shower fenced in back yard for dogs! Pedro was very responsive and helpful always texting and checking in on me throughout my stay making sure I didn't need anything he is a great house and the cleaners do a great job!
First off, I never write reviews, so the fact that Im sitting down to post this says a lot. The only reason Im give a 2 star review is because the house itself was great! It was very spacious and in a great location. The home was comfortable and dog friendly, which I appreciated. My experience with the landlord wasnt as easy as the previous review stated. He was very hard to work with (in my opinion) and was not accommodating with most things. Communication with him was very delayed and dry, and I could not get him on the phone one time during my 8 week stay. He would only text. Im not sure if it was a communication barrier or what, but it was so bad that initially I thought I was being scammed (because I had to pay all of the money up front since I rented the house for 8wks). He started things off by blaming me for not sending him all of the money upfront, even though it was a problem on his end, not mine. He also never sent me a lease to sign for the 8 weeks, after I asked for it numerous times. I ended up having to move out 2 days early (on a Friday) due to bad weather back home, so I asked Pedro if it was possible to get a refund for at least one of the two nights that I paid him for initially. Since I paid him per night, there was no lease in place technically, and bad weather makes travel days unpredictable, so I thought it was a valid question to ask. Of course that immediately got dismissed since it wasnt a military deployment or a family emergency. He also said it was last min notice (I asked a week before leaving when the news announced the weather). The kicker is- my early move out date helped them get the house cleaned/inspected faster so the new tenants could move right in on Monday morning! So win win right? HA no. Just a win for them. My $350 was basically flushed down the toilet! I felt like a refund of at least one nights would have been considerate seeing that I cant predict the weather when having to drive 10hrs home. Overall, I would not recommend this property to any of my nursing friends due to the lack of consideration and flexibility of the landlord! I know this is a business, but I was an easy tenant who kept everything clean and quiet. If things didnt benefit them, it was always out of the question and thats not how I personally handle things. Guess thats why Im a nurse and not a landlord!
Great Property!
I stayed at this property for 3 months and it was fantastic. Beautiful home very close to the airport, spring training complexes, as well as a ton of great restaurants/shopping at the Gulf Coast Town Center. Proximity to food and beaches in Naples is a plus. I entertained multiple guests during my stay and everyone complimented the house. Landlord was very easy to work with and took care of anything that I asked him to in a timely fashion. Would 100% recommend!
