Very cute and cozy 600-square-foot shop apartment, is a very safe and welcoming space. It is super clean, well lit, with all the amenities you could need. We have a lake and a pool just steps from your apartment.
Neighborhood overview
Our property is about 3 miles from all the outdoor shopping, food and entertainment you could want. We are located behind Wood Hollow subdivision off of County Road 140 in Flint Texas which is pretty much a suburb of Tyler Texas. We are on the south side of town about 7 miles from Home Depot. You get the feel of country with the access to city amenities within a few minutes.

The Perfect Place
I stayed at Mark and Elizabeth's rental for almost a year while travel nursing and had the best experience possible. The unit is very clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you need. Mark and Elizabeth were always very responsive, friendly, proactive, and thoughtful. They went out of their way multiple times to make me feel truly at home. The property is so beautiful and in a perfect location right outside of Tyler, but close enough everything was within an easy 20 minute or less drive. I cannot recommend this place or Mark and Elizabeth enough!

Awesome Place by the Lake
Our stay at Mark's was absolutely phenomenal! The accommodation was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of a beautiful lake, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful with recommendations for dining and activities. We felt truly at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Flint/Tyler area.

Absolutely Beautiful
The most friendly people, I have ever meet. Absolutely wonderful, anytime I needed anything they were alway there. Helpful with anything I needed. Quiet, safe , place to stay. Due to storms happening in area they provide a generator. They go above and beyond to help in any matters that might arise. You will love your stay!!!!
