Great location and living situation

The landlord has been very respectful, friendly, flexible, and attentive to my needs. He has been helpful with my transition to living in Omaha, always available and helpful with any questions I had about the area. The apartment is comfortable and very clean, having everything I could possibly need to have a stress free experience as a travel nurse. I felt very safe here as a single female. The location is ideal...very close to amenities and hospitals. I would not hesitate to stay here again should I find myself back in Omaha.

Rental Perfection

I honestly can't say enough great things about my rental experience here. Number 1, and most importantly, it was cleaner than clean-immaculate. It had everything I needed. For example, when I first moved in I thought to myself- I wish I had some plastic forks to take to work. I opened a kitchen cabinet and shazaam! There was a box of plastic cutlery. The owner of this place gets an A+ when it comes to detail, communication and thinking of his renter's needs and wants. He will always be the gold standard I compare every other landlord to. The bed was so comfortable I had to seriously contemplate if getting up and maintaining employment was worth it. The shower is new, clean (of course) and has fantastic water pressure. There's a small kitchen perfect for a travel nurse (who mostly microwaves gourmet meals) or other traveling professional. I can't think of a thing I lacked while renting here.
