My wife and I cannot give a higher review. The property was everything that we were looking for during our 6 month stay in DC & Rita was wonderful to work with. The unit was well kept and furnished. The extra loft space gave us the room for me to work remotely while allowing my wife to do her own thing during the day. The convenient dedicated parking space meant we never had to worry about parking. The neighborhood is charming with access to activities, shops, and restaurants, and is close to both DC and the surrounding Alexandria areas.

Hello! We are a mother/daughter team and we have lived in the Washington DC and Norther Virginia area for most of our lives. Mom originally bought her first Fairlington unit with her mother in 1986 and my aunt also became involved in 2019. We are all animal lovers and enjoy meeting new people. I am currently working on my masters degree in Public Policy at George Mason University. We love to travel and have hosted many high school foreign exchange students over the years.
