Amazing People and Amazing Place

Ben and Renna have a wonderful studio that was perfect for the 2 of us. They were very communicative and flexible when we had a couple of things happen. The location is perfect, easy access off the freeway and to downtown Nashville for all of our house hunting needs. The covered porch was nice and to have a running creek right there to sit by was great. The kitchen was spacious, the bathroom was as well. The bed was very comfortable and had all you could need. And to spend time with their 2 little girls was so much fun. We would definitely rent from them again.

The Perfect Getaway

I had the privilege of staying at the resting place for three months during a summer internship in Franklin. Ben and Renna were the most gracious hosts and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resting place was the perfect little getaway after long days of work... quiet, comfortable, and cozy. The area is also full of awesome restaurants and plenty of fun stuff to do. I couldn't recommend staying at this gem with Ben and Renna enough!

A Great Place for a Long Stay

I was very lucky to have found such a great place at a great price. It is conveniently located close to eateries, shopping, and everything else. B and R were great and attentive hosts and always there if I ever needed anything. I would recommend staying here and I would also stay here again myself! Thanks again for having me!

New studio with ample farmhouse charm

This tastefully decorated spacious studio apartment welcomed us throughout our busy stay. We were greeted by a very comfortable queen-size bed, a newly built L-shaped kitchen with large windows. The kitchen table and 4 chairs made a comfortable spot for working and eating. The flatscreen TV could be watched in the cozy couch corner or from the bed. This studio was thoughtfully furnished with games, a bedside lamp capable of charging phones etc. The bathroom offered a walk-in shower with a relaxing rain head feature. Access was simple through a coded key system from the back porch and French doors. Parking was easy and lights were always left on so that we could walk the path safely. Owner was gracious and readily available. A perfect stay for us and wed love to return.
