Clean and cozy
I stayed for about 4.5 months while I worked at Seattle children’s hospital and it was a great stay! It’s I really short drive to the hospital , grocery stores , gym and the lake. It has everything you need and Caitlyn was very responsive if I needed anything . The space was clean and exactly as described in the description. Street parking always available and having a laundry machine was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Cozy basement like space has everything you'll need.
The space is small but clean and private , and the washer and dryer unit is shared with the 1-2 other housemates. There is plenty of street parking and multiple grocery stores 5-10 minutes away. There is also a bus-stop about 7 minutes away. Caitlin the host, is understanding and responsive. The guest upstairs is sweet and quiet.

Cozy
Absolutely loved my time here! Caitlyn is a great host that is quick to help with suggestions around town and any needs you may have during your stay! Street parking was always available at the house. Easy 10 minute commute to Childrens either driving yourself or on the bus! This is the perfect spot for a travel nurse traveling alone! Safe, cozy and convenient!

Caitlyn is Amazing!!
I stayed in Caitlyn's place for a couple months and she was an amazing host. Her place was wonderful, clean and cozy. The location is very accessible - easy to jump on the highway to explore Seattle. Caitlyn herself is quick to respond & communicative. She is willing to help per any situation! I would 10/10 recommend :)

Super cute, quiet little studio. Renter is very accommodating and responsive! Always street parking (rare in Seattle). Quick drive to Childrens! Easy walk to a cute bar/restaurant and coffee shops up the road! Loved living here:)

Great Spot!
C is a great host and always easy to communicate with. The location is amazing and close to the Burke Gillman which was a big bonus for me. Always parking and great restaurants nearby. All amenities are new and work great. It was ideal for me, just spending a summer in Seattle. Would highly recommend :)
