Clean, Safe and Quiet

Very clean and quiet area that is still very close to all the popular attractions of downtown Gilbert. I worked nights and Sara was kind enough to put of window tint in the downstairs bedroom for me. The cobble stone driveways and tons of trees are so pretty. Used the pool in the summer, very was very crowded (if there was anyone there they were always fun and friendly) as well as the gym the entire time I was there (cute little gym with some weights, a couple treadmills, stair climber...). Gated community keeps the traffic slow and minimal. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops to walk to (within 10 min walk). Weekend farmers markets and fairs often in downtown. Great place and location.
