Basement Apartment

I had the pleasure of staying in John's basement for 6 months, and it was a fantastic experience. The space is generously sized, offering plenty of room to live comfortably. John is an exceptional landlord and roommate. He was always respectful of my privacy and made a point of asking for permission before entering the basement. He also travels frequently, which means you often have the entire place to yourself. A couple of things to note: there is no oven in the basement, which was a bit of a downside, but I was able to manage. Also, there isn't a private entrance, but this was not an issue for me. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the E470 highway, which is a toll road. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here. The positive aspects of the space and John's great hospitality far outweigh any minor inconveniences. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great owner. In unit washer dryer was a plus. John is a great host and noise was never an issue. He always gives plenty of lead time before any maintenance. Loved how easy it was to keep clean and how spacious the bedroom and common area was.

Great Place, Great Host!

Location is great. i was in town for work for about a month and wanted to find a place that wasn't just another hotel in the burbs. The home itself is very clean and quiet but still relatively close to the mountains and downtown. The price is great, especially since it includes utilities. I will definitely look to see if this spot is available if I am ever in town again. The Host J is a cool guy, very easy to work with. If you need a low key place to stay while in south Denver, this is tough to beat!

Cozy and immaculately clean!

This cozy 1 bedroom is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and brand new place while maybe in town for temp work or longer family visits. I stayed here while on a temp assignment for my company. Could not be more happy and will certainly be back.
