Cozy Stay

The location was centered and really nice family focused neighborhood with a community pool. The apartment itself had anything and everything you could need if youre unable to find what you needed for cooking etc. Janette was quick to respond and get those items for you. I needed a garlic press and a few other things and she was able to get those quickly as in the next day. I felt perfectly safe the entire day I was able to run around the neighborhood and connect to a Greenway trail close by as well even had access to a grill on the back deck a peaceful backyard to escape to after work.

Great for Grad Students

Chose to stay here during my last clinical rotation and research while obtaining my doctorate, and I'm glad I did! It was close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and Crabtree mall. Target was only 8 minutes away, which I loved! It was quiet and tucked away--had an easy time doing research and studying when I was doing remote work and not in-clinic. It was a hot summer but it stayed nice and cool in the apartment--I never had to bring the A/C lower than 72-73 all summer along. It was very cozy! I even had a friend come over for the weekend, and she thought it was cozy. The apartment itself was fully equipped and didn't feel like it was lacking in anything too huge (there's even a toaster oven and slow cooker if you wanted to use it). The landlord was easy to communicate with and quiet. Overall, a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere near a lot of great stores and restaurants but is in a quiet and calm neighborhood.
