Great place!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Nashville, and it was a great experience! The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfort and cozy. It had everything I needed for a home-away-from-home feel, including a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedrooms. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The property was close to many supermarkets and stores and deliveries were also possible. We had no issues at all during our stay. Communication with the host was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and ensured I had all the information I needed for a smooth stay. The added bonus of utilities included in the rent made budgeting a breeze. Highly recommended!!

Safe/Clean and comfortable townhome

House was clean and ready for use. lots of closet space. very safe neighborhood with zero issues due to packages. amenities not far away. slight issue which is my preference as there are no ceiling fans in house and blinds. This made the house hotter in the summer which made me run AC more and I did not like that. Ira was professional and accommodating. I would have stayed but my next assignment was too fast away in nashville traffic. I would definitely stay here again.
