I had great stay at Dave's place. It is very close to good restaurants. Dave is very responsive and keeps the place spank clean for new tenants and had all the stuff required for cooking etc. overall very satisfied

Perfect Short Term Place

Fantastic place to stay, 10min walk to the metro and plenty of food/groceries, one metro stop away from Dulles, and a very safe area. Dave is also the best host I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend.

Good Stay

I had a wonderful experience staying with LumiNest for 2 months. Owner, Davis, is very responsive to resident needs. The place is very nice, clean and people living there are all respectful professionals as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay near Dulles airport or Herndon area.

Herndon Townhome Review

This was a great place to stay during my travel contract of 10 months. It was a perfect commute from my work. The home was clean and safe. I loved the convenience of the metro rail and walking trails near by. Dave was responsive when questions and concerns were brought up. I really loved that townhome/area and if you have the opportunity to stay here, I would take it!

I absolutely adored this housing arrangement! Dave was incredibly responsive to all questions and concerns, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The location is in a very safe areaactually one of the safest places Ive ever lived! I always felt comfortable and secure.
