Perfect Stay for Work Professionals

I stayed in this apartment from April through July during my work contract at the local hospital, and it was an outstanding choice. The apartment is impeccably, clean and well furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is well stocked, allowing for easy meal prep and having containers for leftovers was incredibly helpful. As a traveling professional, I appreciated the extra linens and towels available, which I typically don't travel with. The location is perfect, just a half mile from everything you need. It's two blocks from the beautiful Ecusta Trail, ideal for walking, running and biking. Downtown Hendersonville is rich in activities, food and shopping. The landlord was incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns I had, ensuring a smooth state. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again when I return to Hendersonville.

Wonderful Apartment

I was able to stay here for a year for work and it was great!! No major issues and pretty quiet for the most part.. Andrea even bought a sound machine for days that may be noisy being I worked nights. I left it for the next tenant as well!! Less than 5 minutes from the hospital too! Andrea and Terry were amazing!! 10/10 will recommend and will reach out if I get any contract where they have rentals!

I recently lived in this apartment in Hendersonville and had an excellent experience. The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and in a peaceful neighborhood, yet close to shops and restaurants. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Terry. Terry was always responsive, friendly, and quick to address any concerns or requests I had. Whether it was maintenance or general questions, Terry made sure everything was handled promptly and professionally. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to tenant satisfaction, and Terry definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed living space in Hendersonville!

Rent it!

If you are considering renting this place, just do it. I could not be more pleased with the location and quality of this rental. Ample storage, updated appliances, newly renovated bathroom, bench on the front porch, and laundry room only a few feet from your back door, it has everything you need! I stayed at this location for 8 months for work and I never once had a problem, and if I did Terry was quick with communication. Great neighbors, quiet neighborhood, walking distance of downtown and breweries. He also does all the landscaping weekly! Fast wifi and comfy bed, perfect for a working professional/s. You will be pleased to stay here.
