Spacious Capital Hill apartment close to many Hospitals and UW

Very good place to stay at

Great stay and location We had a great experience staying here! The location was excellent, with easy access to both buses and the train, which made getting around very convenient. The landlord was also wonderful very kind, sweet, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of room, and we really enjoyed the large kitchen with the island. We loved cooking and spending time in the kitchen together.

We had a great experience renting from Irina! She was very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with whenever we had questions or needed anything. The place was also nice, clean, and comfortable. And super close to public transport and grocery stores. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend renting from her!

Amazing stay!!

The place is amazing and everything came super nice! The location is also great-- right in Capitol Hill and not too far from Downtown. Irina was also super helpful and great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Summer Stay in Seattle

Irina was a communicative landlord, quick to respond to any needs. Location is about a half hour walk from the heart of downtown. Many restaurants and parks in the area, close to public transportation. Nice stay!

This property was great for us! Irina was super responsive the entire stay. The place was clean and has everything we needed. Laundry was on the premise and we never felt unsafe during by our stay. The best part was walking distance to Safeway, Trader Joe's, the light rail station and all the shops/restaurants/etc on broadway. Bus station a one minute walk from the apartment. Would stay here again!
