Wonderful place to stay
This house is well-appointed, comfortable, has nice architectural details, and in a great location. It's quiet but close to lots of things to do, including gorgeous beach sunsets and great restaurants. The backyard with a creek going by is a lovely place to sit or have an outdoor meal. The owners are caring and responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect Winter Stay
This was a cozy studio apartment. My husband and I stayed in this unit for almost 4 months, and we loved being a 15 min drive to the nearest beach and walking distance to restaurants. Very safe and family friendly community. The king bed is extremely comfortable and all appliances are brand new. Our host James was extremely responsive and helpful with any of our questions! We would stay here again if we ever needed a rental in Bonita Springs again. Thank you, James!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It is in a great location, and walking distance to great food and drink spots. The owner is very friendly, accommodating, and a great communicator. It is super clean, modern, furnished very well, and has more than everything you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If needed, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again, and hopefully for longer next time!
