Kind, honest, and helpful.
I signed a one-month room rental agreement and paid the $100 cleaning deposit. When my rotation at the University of Wisconsin was canceled one month before my planned stay, Bernadette was understanding and graciously refunded my cleaning deposit.

I stayed here for 6 months. Very friendly quiet neighborhood. Lots of stores and shopping close by. Public transportation is very close and accessible. The landlord is very responsive to any concerns or needs. The home is very clean and spacious
