Awesome 1 Bedroom Condo with Ample Free Street Parking

Great place

The owner was great and helpful with anything I needed. The place was comfy, and in a good, safe area of town. Laundry room just down the hall. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. A quick 20 minute drive to UC Hospital. I definitely recommend!

Great place and great landlord!

My boyfriend and I lived here for 8 and a half months and loved it. The house was comfortable with a great couch and great A/C in summer and heat in the winter. Kitchen is spacious and neighbors in the building were quiet! Great location with cute coffee shops, good restaurants and bars within 5 minute walk. Janet and Will were super kind and easy to get ahold of. They made move in and move out really easy and were honestly just great the whole time. Also, free washers and dryers on the same floor. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay a short time or a while.
