Great expectations, even better reality!

We are so grateful to have found this property for our stay in the Austin area. Here are some of the highlights: - Hosting was A+, both R and F were on top of it and helpful. From booking to check in and all the way through check out, they were attentive and kind. - The bed! Maybe the best bed setup weve ever encountered in our many stays all over the country. We slept so well here. - Unit was clean, good use of space, fast Internet, AC worked great in the Texas heat. - Details! Things like automatic blackout curtains, tons of lighting options, wireless charging lamp, etc made for lots of conveniences. - Location was great with easy access to 290. - Price was a great value considering the quality of the property and how expensive some lesser units were in the area. Would recommend this property and R/F as hosts to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Austin!

Great cozy and quiet spot, spacious bedroom

R was a great host and his place was freshly remodeled and very well-equipped. The spacious bedroom with a deck and lots of natural light was a feature for us. We stayed for 6 weeks and found it had all we needed. HEB is just around the corner and Escarpment village with cafes, restaurants, and other businesses was just 5 min away.
