This property met all of my needs. The room is attached to the main home but it's closed off to the house. Which makes it private, this is a plus. It truly feels like you're in a studio on your own but feel the safety of being close to the owners. The kitchenette comes in handy for cooking purposes. The owners made sure to provide all the kitchen necessities you may need. The fridge is the perfect size for one person. The bathroom and closet are spacious. Master bedroom type of spacious. The shower and jacuzzi tub work great. It's nice to have the option of using one or the other. The owner is communicative and very accommodating. Overall amazing experience.

Great property in Arlington

This property is perfect for anyone needing a spot near Arlington. The room and entrance to your space is private. There was always a parking spot in front of the house for me. The room is very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and adjustable which was a huge plus for me. There is a nice spot to sit to relax and watch tv. The room has a very good sized fridge and microwave. This allowed me to make some food and help in saving money by not having to eat out every evening. The space has a nice little table to eat or work. The bathroom was huge with two sinks, tub and a shower. I was very pleased with the amount of room in the bathroom to get ready in morning. The closet is also an extremely large walk-in closet. There was more than enough space to hang all my clothes and store some bags. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in the Arlington area. If it is available you should jump on this opportunity.
