Worst experience ever!

I've been traveling for over 3 years. This was my worst experience. The pictures are not an accurate reflection of the property. The place is neglected. The owner lives out of state and is not helpful. I moved-in in Aug. I spent the first month coordinating with the property manager to fix the AC, the internet, and the TV. The heat also didn't work; had to get that fixed as well. The owner believes it is the renter's responsibility to get things fixed for her property. Stay away.

Great place

I stayed here for about 9 months. The place was great! Everything looked just like the pictures. Lida was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Nice big field and walking trail In The back of the house. Kitchen was nice and even had spices and seasonings if needed. Also had other appliances like an air fryer. I would say the only downside would be there is no garage opener so you have to get out of your car to open and close the garage. But on the plus side there IS a garage. Not many rentals where you will have a garage. Also another downside is the $500 locksmith fee. There isn't any keyed entry so the locks don't have to be changed, just the code is changed after every guest. So to me a fee of $500 is unnecessary. But that's just my opinion. Would I stay here again. Absolutely!!

Great Place

This place is absolutely amazing! The owner responds within minutes of reaching out. This place feels like home. It is a quick 5 minute drive to University of Iowa hospitals. It is very spacious and the neighbors are quiet. I work night shift and have not had any issues sleeping during the day. The view from the balcony is amazing with great lighting all throughout the house. There is a park within steps from the place. Quick access to highways, making it a very convenient location. The owner has been amazing this whole time, and will do anything to make this experience headache free!
