Cozy Spot in the City

I thoroughly enjoyed living at this property in Richmond's Fan/Museum District. The location is one of its biggest strengths—it's easy to walk to Carytown, the VMFA, local restaurants, coffee shops, and even Scott's Addition. Having so many of Richmond's best neighborhoods and attractions nearby made everyday life both convenient and enjoyable. The home itself is cozy, comfortable, and has all the charm you'd hope for in this part of the city. It felt welcoming from day one! One of my favorite aspects was being able to leave the car parked and simply walk or bike to so many places. Whether I wanted to grab dinner, meet friends, visit a museum, or explore the neighborhood, everything was within easy reach. Overall, this is a fantastic rental in one of Richmond's most desirable areas. If you're looking for a comfortable home with incredible walkability and access to the best of the city, I would highly recommend it.

Perfect location

The unit is perfectly located in a great area with lots of good food and shops in walking distance. There is private off street parking big enough to fit two cars. The kitchen is small but it works for just a short period of time. The unit does not have central AC. Sometimes there are people who stay in the short term stay above that can be noisy but overall it was a great place to stay while we worked here in Richmond. Our contract got cut short and Jason was very flexible with us. He is very responsive!

Great apartment and location

I had a great time staying at this apartment. It's in a great neighborhood and the host is responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely space in a great location

Once again, staying one of Jason's spots did not disappoint. The space is very comfortable and had what I needed for my time in RVA. The location is convenient to downtown and some interesting and fun neighborhood spots. I will definitely book here again.

Amazing Home in Museum District

I had a great experience staying in this well located and cozy apartment. The apartment is really clean and well maintained. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but was perfect every day meals. The private off-street parking was large fitting 2 cars and super convenient as the street parking can fill up. The outside seating area is super spacious. The selling point of this place is its location having several restaurants, bars, convenience and grocery stores all within a short 10 minute walk. Jason is has been a great landlord. He is quick to respond and help. He has even given me recommendations on places to see and visit here in Richmond. 100% would stay again.
