Well established, residential neighborhood. Very quiet. Most families have been here for 12-20 years. Cape Coral has revitalized its town areas with multi-use developments, newly opened, including restaurants. A food truck area with boat docks on the river. Jaycee Park is opening in April, on the River.

Great place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our multi-month stay with our dog. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the fenced yard was perfect for our doodle. The house truly felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked and very impressive, and we found the bedroom and overall living space to be wonderful. Plus the location was a real perk, close to many fun bars and restaurants! 100% enjoyed our stay!

Great place!
What a great place! Extremely clean, well cared for, and a unique find. Minutes away from nice bars and restaurants in downtown Cape Coral. The host was communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay again next year!
