Wonderful Place To Stay!
This is an incredible unit, property, and overall place to stay while in Tampa. The view from the kitchen/livingroom windows is beautiful, and I saw dolphins and manatees many times, usually multiple times a day. The space is clean and great for 1-2 people to stay. I was able to reach downtown Tampa in 15-20 minutes, and there are many restaurants nearby the unit. The hosts, Ben and Reneè, are great people and made me feel at home during my stay. I can't recommend this unit enough!

Hidden Gem on the Water with Amazing Hosts
Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The location right on the water made it feel like a true hidden gem, calm, peaceful, and incredibly serene. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Ben and Renee were extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out and made the experience even better. If you are looking for a quiet waterfront escape with great hosts, this is definitely a place I would recommend. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay
This was an amazing stay for me! I felt safe and everything was very clean. Ben and his wife are great hosts and the views I had were so beautiful! I will definitely miss those views. I will definitely be back if I have to go back to the area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! THANK YOU Ben and Renee :)

If you get the opportunity to stay here, please take it! You will not regret staying at this location. Ben and Renee are the BEST and they truly make you feel at home. The space is exactly as pictured, and even more spacious in-person. The view is beautiful, especially for sunset. I miss this place already!! Thank you both for your kindness and generosity, I hope to come back in the future!

wonderful stay
I loved my stay here, it felt truly perfect! The apartment is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show, including having a spacious closet and being fully equipped with everything from cleaning supplies to an iron. Ben and his wife Renee were both so welcoming and thoughtful. The view is amazing and I often saw manatees outside of the kitchen window.
