Quiet neighborhood away from the city

I had the pleasure at staying at this property for approximately 6 months. It's got everything you need. It's out of the city but a quick drive and you are in the heart of Peoria. Close to two major freeways. It's a safe neighborhood and close to a lot of stores. The owner of the property is really nice and is there if you need her and if you don't need her she won't bother you.
