Peaceful and VERY convenient

K's home is incredible! Clean, quiet, and welcoming. The neighborhood is adorable and convenient, with great access to the freeways. The whole experience has been amazing. 10/10. I really can't say enough good things about K and her home.

Lovely Home & Host

I had the most pleasant experience residing with K for the duration of my initial contract & extension. The home is kept immaculately clean and is fully stocked with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Rockville is a highly desirable area and the residence is conveniently located to major interstates, shopping plazas, endless choices of restaurants and attractions around the DMV as well. I would book with K again in an instant. She is very warm, welcoming and the best host Ive ever had.

Great home and awesome host!

I had the pleasure of staying with Kimberley for 6 months. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, friendly, accommodating and funny; making me feel right at home from the very beginning. The house was always kept clean which I deeply appreciated. It's clear she takes pride in maintaining a comfortable and inviting environment. Renting from her was a positive experience, and I'm truly grateful for her hospitality. I highly recommend her as a host!

An excellent stay

Kimberly is an excellent host - warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The space itself is comfortably furnished and spacious with an ample kitchen that has all the necessities. The neighborhood is very safe and generally quiet. Everything you need is very nearby. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Kaw's stay

This property was amazing. I got to experience a very peaceful and quiet environment during my time in the summer. The bedroom was very spacious and having a private bathroom was a plus. If you needed more space than that, you had the kitchen floor as well. The neighborhood was also very safe. I went out on walks almost every night and did not experience any issues either.

Great place to stay

Beautiful place to live. Master bedroom was really big and the walk-in closet gave me enough room for all my stuff. Having a private bathroom was really nice as well. The host was really nice and was always there to solve any issues if they came up.
