Kevin was an exceptional host. He was quick to change the overly sensitive smoke detector and provide an air purifier for me. The unit is clean, new and airy - doesn't feel like a studio. The in unit laundry and air conditioning are a huge plus!

Great stay

I stayed here from Nov-Feb and it was a great stay. Kevin was very helpful with all my questions. The place is in a quiet safe neighborhood and close to the freeway. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term stay!

Great Extended Stay for Travel RN

I stayed in Kevin's studio for my 5 month travel RN contract at CHOC. It was an easy drive to the hospital, with parking always available out front and minimal noise in the area. The neighborhood is clean and friendly and close to almost anything you need. Kevin was an incredible host - quick to respond, always helpful, and even installed blackout curtains to the windows for my nightshift sleep schedule. The unit is updated and well-stocked, with great appliances and a large closet. I enjoyed my time here and would return!

This studio has everything you need! Kevin is such a great host. He makes sure everything is perfect for you (which it always is). Safe and walkable neighborhood. Short drive to anything you'll need. Honestly, sad to be leaving! It was such a great stay! 10/10 recommendation!!!

Comfort by the Beach

Kevin was an exceptional host throughout my one-month stay! He was always quick to respond and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed to feel right at home. The unit itself is fantasticmodern, clean, and equipped with all the essentials. From a well-stocked kitchen to the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, plus a super comfy bed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with plenty of street parking and well-lit roads; it makes a great base for exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend staying here, whether for a short visit or an extended stay.

The Perfect Little Place!

If youre looking for a comfortable, up to date, newly built studio this is it! I lived here for a few months while travel nursing at White Memorial in LA and could not have had a better experience! K was so kind and helpful from the moment I toured the studio! All of the appliances are brand new and they supply you with everything that you need. The neighborhood is super safe and welcoming and youre only about 10 minutes from the beach! I parked right out front and never had an issue with parking. So many yummy restaurants in the area too! I wish I could have stayed longer, but my contract was up. Hope you get to enjoy this cozy studio too! :)
