Charming house in a great location

I loved this Minnetonka home! It's in a great area of town, 2 min drive to a nice grocery store, brewery, restaurants, vet, post office, trails and parks. The neighbors kept to themselves but are friendly. The house was clean, fully-stocked and very comfortable. I loved cooking in the large, updated kitchen (very well-equipped if you cook) and our dog had a blast playing fetch in the backyard each day. There was plenty of parking for our cars and we didn't have to worry about shoveling the driveway when it snowed, big perk. The owner/landlord of this property made this house a wonderful home away from home for us. He is very friendly and easy to work with and quick when replying to messages. The landlord is a talented musician and gives a 24 hour notice to come by to practice music. It was always at appropriate hours and very enjoyable listening. Such cool people! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Many great memories were made at this charming Minnetonka home.
