Cozy quaint
This property is 3 nice size bedrooms and definitely good for 1-3 people. Each person has their own private space. 2 bathrooms so no issues who needs it first. Beds are very comfortable. Has WiFi and TVs. Location is wonderful and neighbors are very nice. Has all amenities needed for a long stay. I was there for 3 months and share with 2 others decreasing the cost. I knew one and the other was a perfect roommate. We all worked in Henderson at the hospital 13 minute drive. There are 2-4 local restaurants that a superb. The land lady is sweet and accommodating she provides anything needed. Was no issue extending or leaving early without extra fees. Charming house. Great place for the price much cheaper than hotel with the comforts of home. Allows pets too. What more can you ask for?

Close to hospital
Great stay! Very close to Grainville hospital. So close you could walk if you wanted! Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors.

Great communication
Quiet neighborhood! The house was clean with no frills. We brought our own plates and glasses. There is a Roses in town so we picked up a shower curtain and left it behind. Beds are the most comfortable I've had in a Furnished Finder. I would have loved room darkening blinds or curtains. Literally across from the hospital (Granville). P checked in regularly to make sure we were good. I never usually hear from my other landlords.
