Quite a gem

Overall, a positive stay for me. There was ample street parking. The location is close to many great restaurants and conveniences. The unit had plenty of storage and I especially enjoyed the natural sunlight and nice view. Truly, the landlord was always kind and responsive. I would recommend this rental to other traveling professionals.

Would Stay Here Again in a Heartbeat

I cant say enough good things about this apartment and my experience here! I stayed during my travel assignment at UAB, and it was exactly what I needed. The location could not be betterI was able to walk to work every day, and Railroad Park was just two blocks away, which made it so easy to get outside and exercise after a long day at work. Another plus to this unit location is that I had no access to a car during my stay and could walk to the local grocery store. The absolute best part, though, was the landlord. Lina was truly amazing! I had been staying in another place that was an awful experience, and when I met her, she completely turned things around for me. She was kind, supportive, and always quick to help with anything I needed. I honestly dont know what I would have done without her. Building is secure and safe while staying alone. If youre coming to Birmingham for an assignment, this unit is worth every penny. Id book it again in a heartbeat!

10/10 stay

I stayed at this loft during my clinical rotation at the Children's of Alabama Hospital. It was a quiet building and the area was safe. The loft was clean and had all the essential needs. Orbelina, the host, had great communication the entire time. I have no complaints. My stay could not have gone better! Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Awesome Location & Awesome Host!

This is a 5 star property in every respect. It is located close to everything. It is safe and walkable. Minor League Baseball stadium and Railroad Park is only 2 parks away with craft brewery and great restaurants. This is a great area of development that is highly recommended. The host is superb to top it all off. Highly recommend!

Perfect home away from home

This studio apartment was perfect for me and my husband needs as a travel nurse! Owner is quick to reply when needed! 10/10 recommend for a home away from home!

Great Location, Safe, Updated

I stayed at this downtown loft in Birmingham for three months during my employment at UAB and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The loft was clean, modern, and updated with features like a glass door shower. The ability to convert the twin bed into a king was a great bonus. The location was ideal, with a convenient UAB parking lot and shuttle transportation right next door. The city views were fantastic, especially at night. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly. As a young female, I felt secure and safe throughout my stay. It's an excellent choice for anyone needing a comfortable and well-located place in Birmingham, especially for those working at UAB.

Great Host! She was always available when I needed her, no matter the time of day. Very genuine person. The loft was very clean on arrival . Quiet building, and only 5minutes from UAB hospital. Would recommend!

Easy and Convieent

I loved my stay here! I felt safe in the building and its very clean and quiet. I could walk to downtown and did go to Starbucks everyday I think! Lots of room for storage with brand new bathroom with huge shower. Kitchen is lovely. There's also a great view of the city I loved to look at at night!
