Highly Recommend

Beautiful 1920's bungalow in a lovely neighborhood surrounding a municipal golf course. We loved walking our dogs safely around the area, saying hello to neighbors and exploring the endless house-lined streets of this quiet community. As a household of two, my husband and I appreciated the space: We could readily spread out and get our work done and then gather to sit at the dining room table for a homecooked meal at the end of the day. Our dogs loved the backyard (in warmer months, be on the lookout for ticks-we pulled a few off of our girls, but they are medicated, so no worries) and the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room. The place was pristine clean and Brittany is an incredible landlord. She was super communicative and responsible throughout the month. We had a wonderful experience living in the area and were sad to leave. You will absolutely love this home and are so blessed that Brittany shared it with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quintessential Asheville cottage nestled in the beautiful Beverly Hills neighborhood. The photos accurately reflect the style, charm and attention to detail that is evident throughout the home. B was a pleasure to communicate with and was very responsive, helpful and kind. We enjoyed many walks throughout the friendly neighborhood which is entwined around the Municipal Golf Course and surrounded by a stunning and mature hardwood forest. Our favorite memories- Sitting on the front porch enjoying morning coffee, playing cards at the dining room table in the evenings and doing Yoga in the sunroom porch. We could have not found a more perfect place to entertain our family visiting Asheville for the month of June. Big thanks and appreciation!
