Mice Infestation

I stayed at the Hancock house recently and it was an awful experience. I had a crazy nice infestation there and thought I could just take care of it wow it myself and it got pretty bad with mice poop all over the counter and the sheets when I came from work. It was insane and I decided to get in contact with the management. There was absolutely no one to talk to unless emails. After several hours of sending emails and waiting on replies, they finally replied even though I specifically said in the emails I wanted to talk to someone, they did not bother calling but sent a guy who just placed the mouse trap there and left without checking the holes or anything. The next days after work the mice had poops all over the place, including the counter tops and it was awful. I couldnt take it anymore so I had to leave before my stay was over. After I left the management never bothered to see how they could compensate me but rather wanted to shift blame and said I should have told them every time I saw the mouse after sending them so many emails on the situation. They have stopped replying my emails regarding a possible compensation or anything in that regard. If you are comfortable living with mice then this place is for you but if not please stay far away from this place because if you have an issue there will be no one to speak to rather than sending multiple emails for a single reply hours later.
