Excellent Stay and Owner

I rented this furnished apartment in downtown Kissimmee for 11 months, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect and close to everything, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed for a long term stay. It is just as described. The owner was incredibly responsive and understanding throughout my time there, which made the whole experience even better. I truly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to rent this place again if I needed to stay in the area. Highly recommend!

Wonderful studio

I stayed at this wonderful studio for several months while doing rotations at Advent Health. The apartment is super cute, clean, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay, and I felt safe and at home while I was there. Ana and Jeel are great hosts who go above and beyond to ensure their tenants are happy. I would definitely recommend this little gem of a studio to any fellow travelers! Note: -There are several laundromats conveniently located a short drive away. I would recommend Supermatt on Vine St. (open 24 hrs, clean, spacious, adequate parking). -Studio is a short walk to Lakefront Park which is a great place to go for walks/runs and beautiful sunsets!
