The space is the back portion of my house. There is a locked door between for privacy. It is one bedroom and a living room/sunroom with a full bathroom. The living room has a pull-out sofa for guests if needed. Full kitchen will not be available. We have a kitchenette set up with electric cookware, microwave, and refrigerator. GREAT STAY
Kelcie was a great landlord! The place was very cozy and accommodating for my 3 month stay! The house is right across from downtown so there is plenty of nearby inner city activities to do. I would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful time in this rental property during my one month stay in Nashville. It is in a really cute area of East Nashville, walking distance to a coffee shop right down the street, and its right off the main road that can get you to Downtown. Theres lots to do in East Nashville and its very close to a couple nice parks as well. The conditions of the rental property were amazing with everything very clean when I arrived. If I ever had any questions, Kelcie was very quick to help me out and gave many recommendations of things to do since it was my first time there. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Nashville!
